RetainerCrypto.online is a zero-custody, zkTLS-compliant smart contract platform on Bitlayer that allows for decentralized vault and multisig access governed by Chainlink oracles. We’re designing this platform to comply with law enforcement seizures and facilitate milestone-based smart contract transactions without ever taking custody of assets.

Licensing Strategy for U.S. and Global Use

Even though we may not be legally required to obtain all licenses due to our zero-custody architecture, we are proactively pursuing them to enhance government trust and appeal to institutional investors.
